April 2009 Sophomore Year (Spring Break)
While most normal people go to South Beach or Acapulco for spring break, I went to Wilmington, NC to hang out with my cousins "Annie" and "Sadie". While this is not the typical party spot for a sophomore in college, I did have some good laughs and a nice sunburn. The following conversation occurred after a substantial night of partying college style - beer pong included. After we decided to call it a night, Sadie's boyfriend "Connor" decided to drive home because he was the most sober out of all of us - retrospectively, that could have ended in disaster, but let's focus on reality, shall we? Having a bad case of drunk munchies we decided to go to the 24 hour McDonalds drive-through. Conversation resulted as follows:
MCDONALDS LADY: may i help you?
ME: Can I please have a number 2?
MCDONALDS LADY: we don't searve double cheeseburgers after midnight, only quarter pounders
ME: oh, then can i have two cheeseburgers?
MCDONALDS LADY: we don't have cheeseburgers after midnight, only quarter pounders
ME: okay, then can i just have chicken nuggets?
MCDONALDS LADY: we don't serve chicken nuggets after midnight, only chicken tenders
ME: sorry, can i have chicken tenders then?
[During this conversation Connor was on the phone, after I was done I asked him what he wanted)
CONNOR: (rolling down window) can i please have a cheeserburger with bacon?
MCDONALDS LADY: WE DO NOT SERVE CHEESEBURGERS AFTER 12. ONLY QUARTER POUNDERS!!!!
CONNOR: alright, i'll have that then (turns to the back of the car) why did she just yell at me?
